The heat came in and my photography came to a screeching halt. Everything is brown, yellowing and dying. Hard to be motivated in a situation such as this
I got out last week to focus on my garden. My poor little cucumber plant. It will bloom and a little cuke will start to grow and then it shrivels up. I water and water and water, but I just think 110 -115 degrees is just too hot. None of my flowering plants are producing flowers, or if they do, the bud shrivels up and dies. This week I pulled up my cucumber plant and trashed it. The aphids arrived, and it’s just too hot to battle them.
This picture shows my cucumber that I think was getting too much sun and heat. It started out green, and then this happened.
